In this context, you have the rights to: learn whether personal data is being processed; request information regarding the processed personal data; learn the purpose of processing personal data and whether it is being used in accordance with that purpose; know third parties to whom personal data has been transferred, domestically or internationally; request correction of personal data in case of incomplete or incorrect processing; request deletion or destruction of personal data under the conditions specified in the law; request notification of the transactions made to third parties to whom personal data has been transferred; object to the emergence of a result against the person by analyzing the processed data exclusively through automated systems; and demand compensation for damages in case of unlawful processing of personal data.
